Sheet Metal

We have a sheet metal process which can be divided into four manufacturing stages:

• Cut: It is a process in which by means of a shear the cuts of the raw material are prepared according to the required specifications.
• Punching: In the stamping process, the punching, cutting, forming, and trimming of the part to be manufactured is carried out.
• Bending: After stamping, the part manufacturing process is continued, making the bends at a certain angle and shapes required in the specification.
• Deep Draw: This applies to certain special customer requirements.
