Silk Screen and Pad Print

We have a screen printing process which consists of using a mesh template through which the ink passes to the material to be printed. An emulsion coated nylon or polyester mesh is commonly used which blocks all screen openings except the insole area. The screen is placed on a fixture above the material to be printed and the ink is pressed through the open holes with a roller or squeegee.

Likewise, there is a pad printing process which consists of transferring ink from a silicone pad to the object to be printed. Using a machine that holds the pad which is pressed into an ink plate in the shape of the required design and then the pad is pressed into the object or part to achieve the desired image.
