About us

We are a company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic and metal parts with an experience of more than 25 years in these production areas.

Our goal is to consistently achieve customer satisfaction through our products by meeting our commitments, exceeding expectations, and providing the highest quality products and services.

Our history

1995 KYOEI USA INC. company was stablished as a PCB tooling manufacture, it was part of KYOEI PRINT GIKEN Group, located at Chofu, Tokyo.
2000 Start with metal prototype parts.
2002 Start press stamping process.
2003 Become independent company from KYOEI Group to AOITECHNO INC.
2006 AOI Industries start operations in Tijuana Mexico.
2007 May, an Injection molding company was acquired in USA Anaheim.
2007 Oct. Injection molding division was moved to Tijuana, Mexico.
2008 Start with silk/pad print operations.
2009 Start with OEM assemblies.
2013 Installed Powder Coating line.
2015 Installed 350 ton press x3.
2018 Installed 400 and 630 ton press Machines.
2019 Relocated at Parque industrial Girasol 2, Tijuana B.C.
2022 Installed 6 axis Robots for press line and installed 350 – 480 ton injection machines.
2023 Machinery Investment: 160 ton press machine x 3 and Hydraulic machine 315 ton.
2024 Machinery Investment: 160 ton press machine x 3 and Hydraulic machine 315 ton and 110ton injection molding machine x 5.
2025 Machinery Investment: 160 ton press machines x 6, 45 ton press machines x 3, Shearing cutting machine,315 ton hydraulic machine, and 470 ton injection molding x 2.
2026 Machinery Investment: 160 ton press machines x 2, 200ton progressive press line.
